Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide complete and accurate information necessary for project development. SpriteEra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays or project issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information.

Payments and Fees

Clients are required to pay 50% of the project fee in advance. The remaining 50% must be paid within 10 working days of project completion. Failure to make payments within this timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of services and may incur additional charges.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all intellectual property, including code, designs, and other materials developed by SpriteEra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., remains the property of SpriteEra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Clients will be granted a license to use the developed materials upon full payment.

Confidentiality

All client information provided to SpriteEra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will be treated as confidential. We will not share this information with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

Social Media and Marketing Services

SpriteEra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. offers services in SEO, digital marketing, and social media management. These services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Performance outcomes may vary and are subject to industry standards and market conditions.

Termination of Services

SpriteEra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any service if the client violates these terms and conditions. Clients may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to any contractual obligations.

Limitation of Liability

SpriteEra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of India.
